过期妊娠的产前生物物理学监测

本文以无负荷试验、最大羊水囊直径、胎儿呼吸样运动和胎动四项生物物理学综合监测为手段,对57例过期妊娠并以30例足月妊娠作对照进行了动态监测,建立过期妊娠高危评分法。得出了产前四项生物监测评分为0或2分者可严密观察经阴道分娩;评分为4分者应视为低危,此时如存在羊水量过少应放宽剖宫产指征;评分为6分者应尽快行剖宫产结束妊娠的结论。

THE PRENATAL BIOPHYSICAL MONITORING IN POSTTERM PREGNANCIES

Fifty-seven postterm and 30 fullterm gravidas were monitored continucsly by four monitions of the biophysical profiles, which were nonstimulating test (NST) ,amniotic fluid volume (AFV) , Fetal breath movment (FEM) and Fe-tal movment (FM), in order to establish the method of high risk evalution in postterm pregnancy. According to the four monitions if 0 or 2 points were obtained the delivery should be undergone vaginally under close care. If 4 poi-nts obtained the gravida should be considered in low risk condition, especially when abnormal AFV was present, cesarean section must be chosen. If more than 6 points, cesarean section must be done immediately to terminate the pregnancy.
