研究细菌内毒素检查法测定34倍人工肾透析液热原

目的 :探讨 34倍人工肾透析液热原应用细菌内毒素检查法的可行性。方法 :应用细菌内毒素试验检查34倍人工肾透析液中的热原 ,观察 34倍人工肾透析液对细菌内毒素检查法的干扰行为 ,采用细菌内毒素检查法和热原检查法对 34倍人工肾透析液进行对比试验。结果 :34倍人工肾透析液对细菌内毒素检查法无干扰作用 ,可以用灵敏度为 0 .5 EU / ml的鲎试剂检测细菌内毒素。结论 :可以用细菌内毒素检查法代替家兔热原法控制 34倍人工肾透析液的质量。

The Bacterial Endotoxin Test for Monitoring Pyrogen of Thirty-fourfold Dialysissolutionfor Artificial Kindey

Objective To rdsearch into the possibility of the use of bacterial endotoxin inthe test of thirty-fourfold dialysis soluion for artificial kindey.Methods Use bacterialendotoxin test to detect pyrogen in thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney,the interference of thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney to the process ofbacterial endotoxin test was studied.Contrast test was made using bacterial endotoxin and pyrogen test.Results Thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney has no interference to the bacterial endotoxin test and could be tested by amebocyte lysate with the sentivity of 0.5 EU/ml.Conclution Amebocyte lysate method can be used in place of rabbit method for pyrogenmonitoring of thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney.
