| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化是诱发心血管疾病的关键因素,严重威胁人类健康,受到学者的极大关注。现代中药制剂复方丹参滴丸具有多成分、多靶点、多环节的作用特点,广泛应用于冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗,疗效显著。研究表明,复方丹参滴丸可通过调节机体脂质代谢、抗炎、抗氧化、改善血管功能、抑制血栓形成等多种机制发挥防治动脉粥样硬化的作用。本文从以上几方面综述复方丹参滴丸抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Atherosclerosis(AS) is the primary cause of cardiovascular diseases,which has threaten people’s health seriously and drawn widely attention of scholars.Compound Danshen dripping pills have been widely and efficiently used in coronary heart diseases and angina pectoris with the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multi-level.Recent research has indicated that compound Danshen dripping pills plays a great role in anti-atherosclerosis through regulating lipid metabolism,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,vascular function improvement,inhibiting thrombosis formation and other pathological processes.In this article,we reviewed all the aspects in researches for compound Danshen dripping pills in anti-atherosclerosis. |
