Abstract: | A case study is reported, outlining abnormal tracheobronchial anatomy in an adult male presented for thoractomy. The anesthetic technique is described. Ureteric catheters were used as introducers for the selective intubation of each main bronchus. The problems encountered postoperatively are also discussed. |
