吸烟与代谢综合征相关性研究

目的探讨吸烟与代谢综合征的关系。方法选择2 887例浙江地区各个阶层的人群,分别检测身高、体质量、血压及血脂、血糖等生化指标,运用SAS统计软件进行统计分析。结果在2 887例总样本中,共有1 165例吸烟,其中男1 160例占99.6%,女5例占0.4%。吸烟组和非吸烟组含有的代谢综合征的危险因素的数量和比例均有显著性差异。结论吸烟与代谢综合征有关,是其发生、发展的重要环境因素之一。

Study on the correlation between cigarette smoking and metabolic syndrome

Objective It is to explore the relationship between cigarette smoking and metabolic syndrome.Methods 2?887 cases of people from partial population of Zhejiang province were chosen and their body height,body weight,blood pressure and biochemical indicator such as blood lipids and blood glucose were determined.The results were analyzed by SAS statistical software.Results There were 1?165 smokers among 2?887 research subjects including 1?160 male subjects(99.6%) and 5 female subjects(0.4%).There were significant differences in the number and percent of risk factors with metabolic syndrome between smoking group and no-smoking group.Conclusion Cigarette smoking is one of the environmental factors which can promote the occurrence and development of metabolic syndrome.
