| Abstract: | We present a useful technique for the surgical management of long-segment cervical esophageal tears using a sternocleidomastoid flap with overlying skin patch. The flap is easily accessible, customizable, and offers the ability to repair long segments of cervical and upper thoracic esophageal injuries. |
