| 摘 要： | 目的：观察金因肽治疗儿童难愈合伤口的临床疗效。方法：治疗组常规清创后用金因肽均匀喷湿创面，适当包扎，1次／d，3周观察结果；时照组采用浸泡过康复新的纱布，其他治疗同治疗组。结果：治疗组痊愈率81．95％，对照组40．60％（p〈0．01），治疗组在治愈率和治愈时间上都明显优于对照组。结论：金因肽治疗儿童难愈合性伤口疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the therapeutic effects on hard agglut wound in children. Method: 133 cases with hard agglut woundwere treated with Genetime by way of sprinkling, once a day for 3 weeks. The control group were treated with Kangfuxin. Result: The re-sults showed that the response rate was 81.95% in the Genetime group, and 40.60% in the control group. No adverse drug reactions werefound in Genetime group. Conclusion: Genetime is effective on the hard agglut wound. |
