卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中S100A4、bcl-2、clusterin、K-ras的表达及临床意义

目的:探寻卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤(SBOT)中clusterin、bcl-2、K-ras及S100A4的表达特点及变化规律,并与相应的良、恶性肿瘤比较,为诊断及鉴别诊断SBOT提供更有效的辅助指标。方法:免疫组化法分析30例SBOT中S100A4、bcl-2、clusterin、K-ras的表达及它们的相关性,并以囊腺瘤和囊腺癌各30例为对照。结果:S100A4、clus-terin、K-ras在浆液性肿瘤的表达随着恶性程度增高呈增加趋势,bcl-2则相反。有腹水患者clusterin阳性率明显高于无腹水者(P=0.0235);有腹膜种植的患者S100A4阳性率明显高于无腹膜种植者(P=0.0242)。且两者表达呈正相关。结论:S100A4高表达往往提示肿瘤的恶性程度高。clusterin与S100A4结合有可能成为能预测卵巢浆液性肿瘤病情发展及指导临床治疗的有价值标记物。

Expression and clinical significance of S100A4,bcl-2,clusterin and K-ras in serous borderline ovarian tumor

Objective:To study the expression and clinical correlation of clusterin,bcl-2,K-ras and S100A4 in serous borderline ovarian tumors(SBOT),in order to help differential diagnosis from other ovary tumors.Method:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of clusterin,bcl-2,K-ras,S100A4 in thirty cases of SBOT.compared to 30 cases cystadenoma and 30 cases cystadenocarcinoma.Result:Along with the increasing of the malignant degree,the overexpression of S100A4,clusterin and K-ras were correlated with the tumor malignant degree,while bcl-2 was adverse.The positive rate of clusterin in patients with ascites was much higher than those without(P=0.0235).The positive rate of S100A4 in patients with peritoneal implants was more than those without(P=0.0242).Morever,The expression of S100A4 was positively correlated with clusterin in SBOT.Conclusion:The overexpression of S100A4 in ovarian serous tumors may prompt the aggressive behavior.combined detection with Clusterin and S100A4 may be a valuable marker for prediction of tumor progression and managements of ovarian serous tumors.
