摘    要:通过19个10碱基随机引物对新疆中药肉苁蓉(Cistanche)3个不同种进行PCR扩增,用人工栽培品种作为对照,共扩增出153个多态位点,建立了它们的基因组DNA指纹图谱。通过计算遗传相似性系数,建立UPGMA聚类图。结果表明:不同种之间存在一定差异,但差异不大;人工栽培种与同一产地野生种之间基因图谱完全一致,具有相似的遗传特性。

Abstract:Nineteen different 10bp arbitrary primers were used to amplify in Cistanche from three local populations in Sinkiang, using cultivated species as control. A total of 153 polymorphic bands were amplified.To calculating the genetic similarity coefficient, UPGMA clustering map had been set up. The result of these studies showed that there were some genetic difference among species but the genetic difference were smaller, and the same genetic fingerprints and similar genetic characteristic lie in both the wild species and the cultivated species in the same local.
