2012～2013年北京市密云县流感病原学监测

目的分析北京市密云县2012年10月~2013年5月流感监测结果,为制定有效的流感防控措施提供科学依据。方法依托北京市流感病原学监测网络实验室,在密云县哨点医院进行流感病原学监测结果共采集咽拭子618件,检出流感病毒115件,其中甲型H3N2型68件,甲型H1N1流感47件,B(Victoria)型、B(Yamagata)型均未检出。结论 2012~2013年流感毒株以甲型为主,冬春季节为流感高峰季节,病毒阳性率较高,应采取积极措施预防流感。

Analysis on the results of virologic surveillance of influenza in Miyun of Beijing during 2012-2013

Objective To anlyze the results of virologic surveillance of influenza during 2012 - 2013 in Miyun of Beijing, so as to provide scientific evidence for influenza control and prevention. Methods The virologic surveillance of influenza were analyzed through the influenza surveillance system of Beijing in Miyun hospital. Results Among total of 618 pharyngeal swabs samples that were collected from October,2011 to May,2012, 115 samples were tested positive, including 68 strains of type H3N2 and 47 strains of type H1N1. Conclusion The time of December to April is the peak season of influenza with high positive detection rate of influenza viruses, it is necessary to take active measures to prevent influenza.
