2013年北京市密云县食源性疾病主动监测结果分析

摘    要:目的了解北京市密云县腹泻病常见食源性致病菌流行病学分布情况,提高食源性疾病发生的早期识别与溯源能力。方法分别依据国家标准GB 4789.4、GB 4789.5、GB 4789.7、GB 4789.6对哨点医院就诊的食源性疾病患者肛拭子进行沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、5种致病性大肠埃希氏菌(EPEC、ETEC、EIEC、EHEC、EAEC)的检测。结果在227例食源性疾病患者肛拭子中,检出致病菌11株,检出率4.85%。其中副溶血性弧菌8株,沙门氏菌2株,致病性大肠埃希氏菌(EPEC)1株。结论密云县食源性疾病患者在8种常见致病菌中以副溶血性弧菌及沙门氏菌为主;应继续加强主动监测,降低散在的食源性疾病的发生。

Abstract:Objective To understand the epidemiological distribution of diarrhea disease common foodborne pathogens in Miyun, Beijing city, as well as to improve the early identification and traceability of food borne disease. Methods According to the national standard GB 4789.4, GB 4789.5, GB 4789. 7 and GB 4789.6, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and 5 kinds of enteropathogenie Escherichia coli ( EPEC, ETEC, EIEC, EHEC, EAEC) detection were conducted in anal swab samples collected from patients with food borne illness in sentinel hospitals. Results Among 227 cases of food borne disease, 11 pathogen strains were detected, the detection rate was 4.85%. in which 8 strains of V. parahaemolyticus, 2 strains of Salmonella and 1 enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC) strain were isolated. Conclusion Among 8 kinds of pathogenic bacteria whose detection were performed in patients with food borne disease in MiYun, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella were dominant. We should continue to strengthen the active monitoring to decrease)the sporadic incidence of food borne disease.
