发展性照顾护理模式对降低早产儿呼吸暂停发生率的效果研究

目的]观察发展性照顾护理模式对降低早产儿呼吸暂停发生率的效果。方法]将246例早产儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各123例,对照组早产儿予以常规护理,观察组早产儿采用常规护理加发展性照顾护理,比较两组早产儿住院时间、每日体重增加情况、呼吸暂停的发生率。结果]观察组早产儿住院时间少于对照组、呼吸暂停发生率低于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]对早产儿实施发展性照顾护理模式可明显降低呼吸暂停发生率。

Study on effect of developmental care model for reducing incidence of apnea in preterm children

Obj ective：To observe the effect of developmental care model for reducing incidence of apnea in preterm children.Methods：A total of 246 ca-ses of preterm children were randomly divided into observation group and control group with random number table,123 cases in each.The preterm children in control group received routine care of preterm children,preterm children in observation group received conventional care plus developmen-tal care nursing,then the hospital stay,daily weight gain and the incidence of apnea were compared in preterm children between both groups.Results：Hospital days of preterm children in observation group was less than that in control group,the incidence of apnea was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclu-sion：The implementation of developmental care model for preterm children can significantly reduce the incidence of apnea.
