21例小儿胆囊炎、胆囊结石外科诊治分析

目的 探讨小儿胆囊炎、胆囊结石的发病原因、临床特点，总结其临床诊断与治疗经验。方法回顾性研究我院自1990年1月～2005年6月收治的21例经手术治疗的小儿胆囊炎、胆囊结石的临床资料。结果所有患儿术前均经B超检查确诊．经开腹胆囊切除后痊愈出院。结论小儿胆囊炎、胆囊结石甚少见。以胆固醇结石为多。大龄儿童、女童、肥胖、高血脂、球蛋白升高、白球比倒置均为可能的危险因素。首选B超检查，确诊后宜行胆囊切除术。

The Diagnostic and Therapeutic Analysis in 21 Cases of Childern Cholecystitis And Cholecyst Calculus

Objective To study the etiology,clinical characteristics of cholecystitis and cholecyst calculus in children,summarizing experience of diagnosis and treatment of the diseases. Methods The clinical data for 21 cases of childern with cholecystitis and cholecyst calculus who underwent a surgery operation were reviewed in our hospital from Jan.1990 to Jun.2005, some data were analyzed by statistics. Results Diagnosis of all the 21 cases were confirmed by using ultrasonic examination after the operation,as well as,postcholecystectomy healing discharge. Conclusions Morbidity of cholecystitis,cholecyst calculus are considerable low in these children,cholesterol calcu- lus is majority in pediatric patients,older child, girl,obesity,hyperlipemia,increased globulin,conversed ratio of albumin to globulin are potential risk factors.Ultrosonic examination should be preferable when once the diagnosis was confirmed,cholecystectomy should immediately be performed.
