| 摘 要： | 本文对27例结核性胸水,27例癌性胸水,26例结核性腹水,28例癌性腹水,27例肝硬化腹水同时测定腺苷脱氨酶(ADA),溶菌酶(LZM),血管紧张素转化酶(ACE),癌胚抗原(CEA)及纤维结合蛋白(Fn)的含量。结果表明,五组胸腹水中五项检测指标结果之间的差异具有显著性意义(p<0.01)。结核性与癌性脚水以ADA、LZM、CEA三项组合中两项或两顷以上呈阳性或阴性作力诊断依据时,其诊断效果优于各单项指标,而结核性与非结核性腹水以ACE单项指标诊断为好;恶性腹水与肝硬化腹水的诊断以Fn和CEA两项联合为好。肝硬化腹水中五项指标结果均呈低值。

| Abstract: | The Adenosine deaminase(ADA),Lysozyme(LZM),Angiotensin converting enzyme ( ACE) ,Carci-noembryonic antigen (CEA),and Fibronectin(Fn) were detected simultaneously in 135 benign,malignant pleural and abdominal effusion (Results indicated: there were significaant difference in 5 indexes of each group (p<0. 01). The diagnostic accuraty of two or over two indexes in ADA, LZM,CEA was bet ter than the single index between tuberculous and cancerous pleural effusion. But ACE was better to dif ferentiate tuberculous and non-tuberculous abdominal effusion. Fn and CEA were better to differentiate malignant and cirrhotic abdominal effusion. The each index showed lower level in cirrhotic abdominal ef fusion. |
