大鼠胃癌组织内淋巴管形态分布与癌转移关系的研究

目的观察大鼠胃癌组织内淋巴管的形态、分布特点。为探讨胃癌淋巴道转移机制提供形态学依据。方法取大鼠胃癌模型材料，用半薄切片，光镜观察癌组织内淋巴管的形态、分布特点。结果大鼠早期胃癌见到组织炎性渗出，淋巴细胞浸润和腺细胞异型性改变。除黏膜层外，在胃癌组织各层内均见到扩张的毛细淋巴管和淋巴管，并见到部分闭合的淋巴管。胃癌组织内淋巴管的数量和管径均大于正常区。结论大鼠胃癌组织内淋巴管的形态分布与癌转移密切相关。淋巴管的增多为癌细胞淋巴道转移提供了更多机会。

The Distriction and Morphologic Feature of Lymphatic Vessels in Rat Gastric Carcinoma

Objective Observe the distribution and morphologic features of lymphatic vessels in gastric carcinoma of rat to provide the morphological evidence for the study on the mechanism of tumor metastasis. Methods Take the material from the rats of gastric carcinoma model, using the method of semithin - section. Under light microscopy, we observe the distribution and morphologic features of lymphatic vessels in rat gastric carcinoma. Results In early gastric carcinoma, there are inflammatory exudation, lymphocell infiltration and glandular ceils atypia. Dilated lymphatics capillary and lymphatics exist in all layers of gastric carcinoma except mocosa, and some closed lymphatics are also found. There are more and bigger lymphatics in gastric carcinoma than normal region. Conclusion The distribution of lymphatics is related to the metastasis of gastric carcinoma, more lymphatics increase the possibility for the tumor cells metastasis from lymphatic vessels.
