上海市未婚青少年性行为影响因素多水平模型分析

目的通过建立多水平模型,探讨上海市未婚青少年性行为现况及影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法选取上海市辖区内60个居/村委会15～24岁青少年进行调查,并对数据进行两水平logistic模型拟合。结果上海市未婚青少年性行为发生率为12.9%,其中男性16.7%,女性8.9%。未婚青少年性行为影响因素两水平logistic回归模型结果显示,文化程度、在读学生和学校性信息评分是青少年性行为保护因素;年龄、性别、危险行为评分、同伴和媒体性信息评分、同伴性压力和黄色信息是性行为危险因素。结论可根据多水平模型对上海市未婚青少年性行为影响因素的分析,对青少年开展有针对性的生殖健康干预。

Analysis on Factors Influencing Unmarried Adolescent Sex Behavior in Shanghai City under the Multilevel Model

Objective To explore influencing factors of sex behavior among unmarried adolescent in Shanghai under the multilevel model.Methods We chose unmarried adolescents aged 15 to 24 among 60 neighborhood/village committees in Shanghai through stratified random sampling.Then a model of 2 levels logistic was fitted.Results The prevalence of sex behavior among unmarried adolescents was 12.9%,including 16.7% for male and 8.9% for female.According to the results of the 2 level logistic model analysis,we learn that the protective factors of sex behavior among unmarried adolescent were education,student status and the score of school sex information respectively.The risk factors were age,gender,score of dangerous behavior,score of peer or media sex information,sex pressure from peer and pornographic information contacting.Conclusion According to the analysis of influencing factors of sex behavior among unmarried adolescent under the multilevel model,customized intervention measures based on these factors could be designed for adolescents.
