| 摘 要： | 目的开展IMB模型在结核病中的应用研究,为结核病预防行为干预提供科学依据。方法采用自编调查问卷,对苏北农村地区3000名初中生进行调查,采用结构方程模型对IMB理论模型进行统计分析。结果预防动机对预防行为的影响最大,其全体效果的标准化回归系数为0.54;行为技巧0.28,预防信息0.21,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IMB模型在苏北农村初中生结核病预防行为中的应用效果较好,但尚需在今后的研究中逐步完善。

| Abstract: | Objective Explorethecorrectedapplicationof the IMB model in the study of tuberculosis(TB),to provide reliably scientific basis for TB prevention behavior.Methods the satisfaction questionnaire was conducted among 3000 students of rural northern Jiangsu and structural equation model(SEM) was used to analyze IMB theoretical model.Results Prevention motivation had the sortngest influence with prevention behavior and its standard coefficient was 0.54.The second one was behavior skills and its standard coefficient was 0.28.The third one was preven-tion information and its standard coefficient was 0.21.Conclusion IMB model has been applied in TB prevention behavior in rural Northern Jiangsu of junior high school students with good effect,but we need gradually improve it in the future research. |
