术前呼吸功能锻炼在老年肺癌患者中的应用

目的研究老年肺癌患者术前进行呼吸功能锻炼对呼吸功能的改善。方法指导拟行开胸手术的30例患者进行系统呼吸功能锻炼，并对锻炼前后的肺功能进行检测。结果进行呼吸功能锻炼后，患者的氧分压、血氧饱和度、最大通气量、用力肺活量、1秒用力呼气量与锻炼前有明显增高，结果有统计学意义。结论术前呼吸功能锻炼对改善老年肺癌患者肺功能，预防术后呼吸系统并发症效果显著，值得提倡。

Preoperative breathing training on old-age lung cancer patients

Objective In order to improve the breath function, and prevent the postoperative complications by preoperative breathing training in old-age lung cancer patients.
