| 摘 要： | 糖尿病是一种广泛代谢及微血管异常以及相应器官功能损害的疾病。其中肾脏、眼、心血管、神经、胃肠道等并发症已为人们所熟知。近些年来肺脏作为糖尿病损害的靶器官才日益受到关注，其损害涉及功能、形态、超微结构、生化代谢、分子、基因水平等方面。

| Abstract: | Diabetes mellitus is a kind of disease defined as extensive disorder of metabolism and the capillaries as well as corresponding organ function harm. Complications with kidney, eye, cardiovascule, nerve,gastro-intestinal tract have been known very well. Recent years, the lung as the target organ of diabetes receives the attention only then day by day, its harm involves aspects on function, shape, ultramicrostructure, biochemistry metabolism, molecular, gene. |
