评判性思维教学在责任制护理查房中的应用

目的探讨责任制护理查房中应用评判性思维教学对护士评判性思维能力的影响。方法选取60名在职护士为研究对象，在责任制护理查房中应用评判性思维教学，实施前后采用评判性思维能力测量表（CTDI-CV）对护士进行调查，比较实施前后护士CTDI-CV评分。结果实施后护士CTDI-CV中寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力等各方面得分及总分分别为（41．31±6．40），（37．63±4．41），（42．78±5．15），（288．06±25．25）分均高于对照组的（37．21±6．23），（32．14±5．28），（38．69±5．29），（255．65±27．17）分，差异均有统计学意义（t分别为3．63，6．12，5．34，6．65；P〈0．05）；且实施后总分大于280分，表明护士具有正性评判性思维意识。结论责任制护理查房中应用评判性思维教学可提高在职护士评判性思维能力。

Application of critical thinking teaching in the responsibility nursing rounds

Objective To explore the effect of critical thinking teaching in the responsibility nursing rounds on the nurses＇ critical thinking abilities. Methods Sixty nurses were recruited, and applied the critical thinking teaching in the responsibility nursing rounds, before and after the implementation, nurses were investigated with the CTDI-CV. Results Before and after the implementation, the average score of searching truth, open mind, analysis ability, total score of nurses [ （ 37.21±6.23 ） vs （41.31±6.40 ）, （ 32.14±5.28 ） vs （37.63±4.41）, （38.69±5.29） vs （42.78±5.15）,（255.65±27.17） vs （288.06±25.25）] were significantly different （ t = 3.63,6.12,5.34,6.65, respectively ; P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Application of critical thinking teaching in the responsibility nursing rounds can improve the nurses＇ critical thinking abilities.
