Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the exercises of relaxing heart and stepping down blood pressure on the blood pressure and psychology situation of hyperpietic. Methods Totals of 40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group( n = 20)and control group (n = 20). The experimental group adopted the exercises of relaxing heart and stepping down blood pressure, and control group adopted the walking exercise, all cases received health education and followed up, investigated with SCL-90 before and after intervention, and blood pressure situation were observed. Results There was no significantly difference in the blood pressure before intervention, and systolic blood pressure after intervention between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ), while after intervention, the average diastolic pressure of experimental group ( 82.5±7.8 ) mm Hg was significantly lower than of control group ( 87.8±7.5 ) mm Hg, the different was statistically significant ( t = 2.19, P 〈 O. 05 ). There was no significantly difference in the SCL-90 score before intervention between two groups ( P 〉 O. 05 ), but after the intervention, the average score of anxiety, compulsion of experimental group ( 1.52±0.42 ) and ( 1.55±O. 39) was significantly lower than that of control group ( 1.83±0.42) and ( 1.81±0.41 ), and the average score of somatization, compulsion was significantly lower than before intervention in experimental group, and the average score of anxiety was significantly lower than before intervention in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The exercises of relaxing heart and stepping down blood pressure is a cheap, effective, simple way to rehabilitation, which is better than walking exercise in stable blood pressure and improve psychology situation.
