自制肾移植术后病情观察提示卡在肾移植术后患者监护中的应用

目的探讨自制。肾移植术后病情观察提示卡在肾移植术后患者监护中的应用效果。方法根据肾移植术后病情变化的特点，自行设计“肾移植术后病情观察提示卡”。将120例患者采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组各60例，对照组采用常规床旁交班模式，观察组在常规床旁交班基础上，使用病情观察提示卡；每组均在患者转出监护室后1周内进行满意度调查评价，比较两组满意度调查评价情况。结果对照组56例患者满意，观察组59例患者满意，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=46．2857，P〈0．05），观察组护士被表扬人次增加，护理不良意见次数明显减少，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（x2分别为4．7600，37．5156；P〈0．05）。结论床旁病情观察提示卡在肾移植术后患者监护中的应用能提高患者对监护室护理工作的满意度，建议在移植监护室中推广应用。

Application of bedside observation hint card in postoperative care of renal transplantation patients

Objective To explore the effect of the bedside observation hint card on the postoperative care of renal transplantation patients. Methods Based on the condition changing characteristic of renal transplantation patients and designed the bedside observation hint card. Totals of 120 patients were divided into observation group （ n = 60） which used the bedside observation hint card, and control group （ n = 60） used traditional bedside oral Shift. The patients ＇ satisfactions were investigated after the patents discharged from ICU. Results There was 59 patients in observation group showed satisfaction, and that of the control group was 56, and the difference was statistically significant （ X2 =46. 285 7, P 〈 0.05 ）. The number of nurses who were praised by patients, negative opinions on nursing of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（x2 = 4. 760 0, 37. 515 6, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Application of the bedside observation hint card in postoperative care of renal transplantation patients can improve patients＇ satisfactions and it can be used widely in Intensive Care Unit.
