住院患者标本转运流程的构建

目的构建住院患者标本转运流程规范,评价应用标本转运工作流程前后标本运送效果。方法建立、明确标本转运人员的培训及工作流程、交接规范、规范标本储存方法,健全层级管理及意外事件的紧急预案。采用便利抽样的方法,选取经培训合格的标本转运人员24名（男性8名,女性16名）,对其在2009年（应用标准转运流程前）和2010年（运用标准转运流程后）运送的700例标本进行比较,通过不安全事件发生率、10rain之内完成标本送达率及检验科室投诉率3个指标来进行效果评价。结果与应用标本运送流程前比较,实施标本转运工作流程后,在不安全事件发生率（2．00％比1．14％）、标本运送时间〈10min（78．5％比92．1％）及检验科室投诉率（2．0％比0．4％）均有改善,差异具有统计学意义（X2分别为21．66,51．58,7．56;P〈0．01）。结论规范化的标本转运流程的构建减少了不良事件的发生率,加快标本运送时间,减少检验科室投诉率,可确保患者标本及时送检。

Establishing a process of specimens transportation for inpatients

Objective To establish a standard process for specimens transportation and to explore the effect of the standard specimens transportation procedure on the clinic. Methods Many methods were used such as staffs training, confirmation in the transition criterion and procedure, specialization in the method of storage for the specimens, optimizing the hierarchy management and emergency plans. Totals of 700 specimens between 2009 and 2010 were selected, and the process of specimens transportation was implemented in 2010, then the insecurity event rate, the rate of specimens transportation within 10 min, the rate of patients＇ complaint before and after the procedure of specimens transportation was evaluated and compared. Results After the specimens transportation procedure was implemented, the rate of insecurity events was decreased from 2.00% to I. 14%, the rate of specimens transportation within 10 rain was increased from 78.5% to 92.1%, and the rate of patients＇ complaint was decreased from 2.0% to 0.4%, the difference was statistically significant （x2 = 21.66,51.58,7.56, respectively;P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions The procedure of specimens transportation can reduce the rate of insecurity events and patients＇ complaint, which ensure the transportation on time.
