精神科护士情绪劳动及影响因素

摘    要:目的了解三级甲等精神专科医院精神科护士情绪劳动各种表现策略的现状水平,分析护士情绪劳动的影响因素以及情绪劳动与组织支持、组织认同和工作满意度的关系,为护理管理者提供科学的理论依据。方法采用情绪劳动、组织支持、组织认同和工作满意度量表对177名精神科护士进行调查。结果精神科护士情绪劳动的3个维度水平由高到低依次为:表面表现(3.0l±0.43)分,深层表现(1.75±0.27)分和自然表现(1.41±0.22)分;病区及是否是独生子女及组织认同对情绪劳动总分的影响有统计学意义(P〈0.05);组织认同与情绪劳动及3个表现策略呈正相关(r分别为0.45,0.39,0.29,0.31;P〈0.01),组织支持与情绪劳动总分、表面和深层表现、组织认同呈正相关(r分别为0.26,0.25,0.15,0.38;P〈0.05),工作满意度与情绪劳动的深层表现策略、组织支持及组织认同呈正相关(r分别为0.15,0.38,0.27;P〈0.05)。结论建议重视精神科护士的情绪工作能力,特别要加强对精神科护士的组织支持及组织认同,从而提高精神科护士的工作满意度,并进一步使其在工作中能够更多地采用深层表现策略调节情绪,提高心理应激水平。

Abstract:Objective To understand the expression strategies of mood action of psychiatric nurses, analyze the influencing factors of nurses' mood action, study the relationship between mood action and organization support, organization recognition and working satisfaction, provide scientific underlying theory for nursing managers. Methods 177 psychiatric nurses were surveyed with questionnaires of mood action, organization support, organization recognition, and working satisfaction. Results Mood actions of psychiatric nurses were arranged according to 3 dimensions: superficial expression (3.01±0.43 ), deep expression ( 1.75±O. 27) and natural expression (1.41±0.22). Ward,with or without siblings,organization recognition affect the total score significantly on the mood action ( P 〈 0.05 ). Organization recognition showed positive correlation with mood actions and 3 expression strategies( r = 0. 45 ,0. 39 ,0. 29,0. 31, respectively;P 〈 0.01 ). Organization support was als0 shown positive correlation with total scores of mood actions, superficial and deep expression, and organization recognition ( r = 0.26,0.25, O. 15, O. 38, respectively; P 〈 0.05 ). Working satisfaction was positive correlated with deep expression of mood action, organization support and recognition (r = 0.15,0.38, O. 27,respecfively;P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions Mood actions of psychiatric nurses need to be paid attention. Organization should increase support and recognition to the nurses to improve their working satisfaction and promote utilizing of the deep expression strategy for modifying their moods and improving the level of psychological stress.
