某球团厂职业病危害控制效果评价

目的对某球团厂职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法对作业现场采用现场职业卫生学调查和检测分析方法进行评价。结果本次检测粉尘有效数据126个,合格109个;噪声有效数据69个,合格51个;有毒有害物质和高温检测结果均符合国家卫生标准。结论本工程在建设过程中,遵循了国家有关的法律法规,采取了必要的职业病危害防护措施,制定了较为可行的职业卫生管理制度,除粉尘、噪声外大多数工作岗位职业病控制效果符合相关标准要求。

Control effect of occupational hazards in a pellet plant

Objective To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in a pellet plant,provide satisfactory working conditions and protect the workers’ health.Methods The methods of occupational field investigation and detection were used to evaluate the project.Results 109 of 126 valid dust data accorded with the national hygienic standards,51 of 69 valid noise data met the requirement of the national standards,detection results of poisons and heat reached the national hygienic standards.Conclusion Some necessary protective measures have been taken against occupational diseases,and the occupational health management system has been constituted.The control effect of occupational risk factors is in line with the relevant standards except dust and noise.
