河北省石家庄市糖尿病高危人群慢性病知识与行为的调查

目的了解石家庄市糖尿病高危人群慢性病相关知识与行为现状,为开展有针对性的健康教育工作提供依据。方法随机抽取石家庄市13个社区,在每个社区开展"糖尿病防治蓝光行动",然后从每个社区筛查出的糖尿病高危人群中随机抽取100名居民,进行问卷调查,用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果石家庄市糖尿病高危人群慢性病相关知识的知晓率为67.1%。其中,女性为68.3%,男性为65.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对"每天应摄入食用油量""每天应喝奶量"和"每天应锻炼时间"的知晓率较低,分别为34.0%、37.3%和32.2%。高危人群中定期体检和定期锻炼的人群所占比例较低,仅为30.97%和30.25%。慢性病知识的知晓率与文化程度有关,文化程度越高慢性病知识知晓率越高(P<0.05)。结论石家庄市糖尿病高危人群慢性病知识的知晓率较低,需加大健康教育与健康促进工作力度。

Investigation on chronic diseases related knowledge and behaviors among high risk population of diabetes in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province

Objective To learn chronic diseases related knowledge and behaviors among diabetes high risk population in Shijiazhuang City,and provide evidence for appropriate health education activity.Methods 13 communities were randomly selected from Shijiazhuang City and "Blue-ray action about diabetes" was carried out in every community.100 residents were randomly selected from diabetes high risk population in every community,and a questionnaire survey was carried out to collect information.The data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results The awareness rate of chronic diseases related knowledge was 67.1% in diabetes high risk population,68.3% in female,65.7% in male(P<0.01) respectively.The proportions of correct answer to "amount of daily oil intake","amount of daily milk intake",and "time of physical activity everyday" were low with 34.0%,37.3% and 32.2% respectively.And the proportions of diabetes high risk population who took regular physical examination or physical exercise were also low which were only 30.97% and 30.25% respectively.Awareness rate of chronic diseases related knowledge was associated with education level(P<0.05).Conclusion It shows that the awareness rates of chronic diseases related knowledge in diabetes high risk population are low.Targeted health education and health promotion interventions should be carried out.
