1例重症癌转移患者围术期低体温的预防及护理

1例女性患者因卵巢颗粒细胞瘤术后复发，伴重症癌转移，在全身麻醉下行“开腹探查，肿瘤细胞减灭，肝部分切除，脾切除及膈肌肿物切除术”，手术时间长达12h，术中组织粘连重、手术时间长、出血多、术中内脏或肢体大面积、长时间的暴露、大量补液及应用麻醉药，极易发生围术期低体温。在联合应用术前保暖、术中提高环境温度、覆盖保暖、静脉输液和体腔冲洗液加温等措施，使患者体温保持于36．8℃，未发生低体温，取得了良好的效果。

Nursing and prevention of low temperature during perioperative period in one case with severe metastatic cancer

One female patients with severe metastatic cancer was performed the operation of ＂ exploratory laparotomy, primary cytoreductive surgery, partial hepatectomy, splenectomy, diaphragmatic muscle tumor resection＂ under the general anesthesia, and the operation time was more than 12 h. The low temperature occured due to tissue adhesion, the long operation time, massive bleeding, large area and long time exposure to internal organs and body, large infusion and application anesthetic etc. Many intervention measures were used such as preoperative warm, increasing the environmental temperature, covering for keeping warm, heating the intravenous fluids and a body cavity rinses during operation. The patients＇ temperature was kept in 36.8℃. and no low temoerature haooened.
