罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后镇痛的临床观察

目的:探讨罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后镇痛疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年3月—2010年8月间120例分别采用罗哌卡因200mg(2.5g/L)+舒芬太尼0.04mg+地塞米松5mg和罗哌卡因200mg(2.5g/L)+芬太尼0.4mg(4mg/L)+地塞米松5mg镇痛的剖宫产患者的临床资料。结果:观察组60例产妇6h、12h、24h、48hVAS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼适合剖宫产术后产妇的镇痛,无严重不良反应。

Clinical Study on Ropivacaine and Sufentanil for Postoperative Analgesia of Cesarean Section

Objective： To explore the effect of ropivaeaine with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia of cesarean section. Methods： The analgesia data of 120 patients undergoing cesarean section which were taken ropivacaine 200mg（2.5g/L）, sufentanil 0.04rag, dexamethasone 5mg and ropivacaine 200mg（2.5g/L）, fentanyl 0.4mg（4mg/L）, dexamethasone 5rag were analyzed retrospectively from Mar. 2009 to Aug. 2010. Results：The VAS scores with 6h, 12h,24h,48h for 60 parturients in observation group was signifi- cantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.01） ; The differenes had statistical significance with comparison of excellent rate （x2 4.39, P〈0.05）. Conchlsion ： ropivacaine with sufentanil were suitable for parturient with postoperative analgesia of cesarean sec- tion without adverse reactions.
