| 摘 要： | 目的:对我院治疗的骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者的临床资料进行分析,探讨阿米福汀治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床效果。方法:将我院48例骨髓增生异常综合征的患者,用阿米福汀进行临床治疗,每次在患者化疗之前0.5h,静脉滴注给药:600mg/m2,每次大约15min。结果:使用了阿米福汀治疗的患者,外周血和骨髓造血祖细胞都明显增殖,可以延迟细胞凋亡,具有细胞保护作用和减轻放化疗的毒副作用。结论:阿米福汀在治疗骨髓增生异常综合征时,有一定的作用,可以降低化疗的毒副作用,并且可以延迟细胞的凋亡。但目前我国使用阿米福汀治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的案例并不大,所以还有待于进一步的观察和临床研究。
