| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨解脲支原体(UU)和沙眼衣原体(CT)感染与孕产妇早产胎膜早破的相关性,为预防胎膜早破提供依据。方法:56例胎膜早破孕产妇编入研究组,另随机选取同一时期我院住院的正常分娩孕产妇60例作为对照组,阴道采样,UU采用分离培养法,CT检测采用生化酶快速法。结果:研究组孕产妇的阴道UU、CT均为阳性的占17.86%,明显高于对照组6.67%,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:UU、CT感染与早产胎膜早破具有相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the relationship between premature rupture of membranes and infection of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and chlamydia trachomatis(CT).
