| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨替米沙坦联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病的方法及疗效。方法:将2009年1月—2011年1月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者76例随机分为观察组38例(替米沙坦联合阿魏酸钠治疗)和对照组38例(替米沙坦治疗),对两组治疗情况进行比较。结果:两组患者治疗前后的UAER相比差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组Scr显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组则无明显变化,治疗后FBG、BUN均无明显变化。结论:替米沙坦联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。
