| 摘 要： | 目的:明确古人对附子质量评价方法的演变情况,为附子的现代质量评价提供理论参考。方法:采用本草文献溯源考证并结合专家咨询的方法,确定附子传统质量评价方法的沿革。结果:附子传统质量评价主要与外观、颜色、个数、重量、采收时间、出产地、加工方法(盐腌)、野生或栽培等指标有关。结论:应该将附子传统与现代的质量评价方法有机结合,并尽可能使传统质量评价方法客观量化,确保临床用药的安全有效。
