| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,Mb)在早期心肌梗死诊断中的价值。方法:对86例心肌梗死患者在发病6h内检测Mb、心电图、CK-MB。结果:心电图特异性改变为55.81%,CK-MB阳性率为13.95%,而Mb阳性率为74.42%,心肌梗死检出率明显高于其他两种方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Mb能早期诊断AMI,对AMI的早期治疗及预后均有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。
