大孔吸附树脂分离纯化甘草酸的研究

摘    要:目的:用大孔吸附树脂对甘草酸进行分离纯化研究。方法:采用2001-5型、D141型、D130型、HPD-600型、HPD-100型5种大孔吸附树脂对甘草酸粗品进行吸附纯化,以甘草酸收率、纯度为考察指标综合评价,选择最佳纯化工艺。结果:HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂综合性能最好,其工艺条件为吸附流速2BV/h,pH值6.2,甘草酸水溶液浓度10mg/mL(甘草酸粗品/体积),用60%乙醇洗脱,甘草酸纯度可达95.02%。结论:HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂适合于甘草酸粗品的分离纯化。
