浅谈白带检测的临床意义

目的:探讨白带检测的临床意义。方法:从白带标本的采集、白带生理性变化可能的影响因素及白带的病理性改变的特点着手,剖析白带检测的临床价值。结果:不同的年龄分期、服用避孕药物及抗生素、体内激素水平的变化都可能引起白带的生理性变化,同时从白带的性状、酸碱度改变可以明确不同性质的阴道炎症或阴道肿瘤。结论:白带检查作为妇科最常用的一种检查方式,对阴道炎症、阴道肿瘤、不孕症可能原因的早期检测及治疗提供重要的证据。

Talking About the Clinical Significance of Leucorrhea Detection

Objective：This article talking about the clinical significance of leucorrhea detection. Methods：In response to the clinical significance of leucorrhea detection, this article start with leucorrhea collection, the probable influencing factor of physiologic leu- corrhea and the feather of pathological alteration in leucorrhea. Results.. Differences in age, taking contraceptives and antibiotic, changes in hormone levels all probable caused pathological alteration of leucorrhea. Simultaneously, from the change of Leueorrhea traits and pH value can definite different pathogene or vaginal tumor. Conclusion ： The leucorrhea detection was the most common way to gynaecology and it provided important proof to diagnosis and treatment of vagina inflammation ,vaginal tumor and barrenness.
