| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定胆宁片中金丝桃苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:应用高效液相色谱法,采用Venusil XBP-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%甲酸(三乙胺调pH至5.0),梯度洗脱;柱温为25℃,检测波长:358nm,流速:0.8mL.min-1,进样20μL。结果:金丝桃苷进样浓度在13.26-132.62μg.mL-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=17 229X-9 983,r=0.999 6,加样平均回收率为98.13%,RSD为1.41%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确稳定,可为胆宁片的质量控制方法提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hyperin in Dan Ning Tablet（DNT）.Methods：The chromatographic separation was performed on a Venusil XBP reversed phase C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） analytical column by gradient elution with acetonitrile and formate buffer（containing 0.05% formic acid,adjusted with triethylamine to pH 5.0） at a flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1.The column temperature was 25℃ and The detection wavelength was set at 358nm.Results：Good linearity was obtained over the range of 13.26-132.62μg·mL-1（r=0.999 6）,The average rate of recovery of hyperin was 98.13%（RSD=1.41%,n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of this herbal medicine. |
