高血压脑出血病理生理机制研究进展

摘    要:高血压脑出血具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高的特点。其治疗近年来虽无突破性进展,但对血肿扩大、脑水肿等方面的研究较多。现就脑出血后脑组织的损伤机制、血肿扩大原因及其毒性作用以及出血半暗带、局部脑血流改变、炎症反应等在脑水肿形成中的作用等方面对脑出血的病理生理学机制研究的新进展作一综述。

Abstract:Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has some features:high incidence rate, high mutilation rate and high mortality. There are not much breakthrough of treatment in recent years. Now the researchs of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have focusd on the enlargement of hematoma and the cerebral edema. This article reviews the mechanism of brain tissue injury after hemorrhage, the reasons of the enlargement of hematoma, the toxic effect of hematoma and the hemorrhage semidarkness area as well as the change of the local cerebral blood flow and inflammatory reaction.
