| 摘 要： | 长期以来鉴于检测技术等原因,游离钙(ICa)测定的应用受到了一定限制。作者采用钙离子选择电极成功地测定了正常人与某些疾病患者血清中Ica水平,其测得结果与国外文献介绍相符,本文还对本测定技术作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The application of the determination of ionized calcium (ICa) has long been limited because of the technical difficulty. Recently the authors have measured the serum ICa level both in normal individuals and in patients with various diseases using calcium selective electrode. The results of the determination agree with those reported in literature. The technique of the method is also discussed. |
