L-精氨酸对氧化型低密度脂蛋白抑制内皮依赖性血管舒张的保护作用

摘    要:在离体家兔胸主动脉环观察了L-精氦酸对氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)和溶血磷脂酞胆碱(LPC)抑制内皮依赖性血管舒张的保护作用。ox-LDL(蛋白质含量0.4g·L-1)和LPC(4mg·L-1)均显著抑制乙酰胆碱的舒血管效应;L-精氨酸能减轻ox-LDL和LPC的抑制作用,并呈现剂量依赖性。这些结果提示,L-精氨酸对ox-LDL所致血管内皮损伤具有保护作用。其机理可能与促进内皮细胞合成,释放一氧化氮有关。

Abstract:The protective effect of Larginine on inhi-bition of endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation induced byoxidized lowdensity lipoprotein (ox-LDL) was investigatedin the isolated rabbit thoracic aorta. Vasodilator responsesto acetylcholine were impaired in the presence of ox-LDL(protein content 0.4 g· L-1) or lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC, 4 mg· L-1), a major component of ox-LDL.L-Arginine significantly attenuated the inhibition ofendotheliumdependent vasorelaxation induced by bothox-LDL and LPC in a concentrationdependent manner.These results suggest that Larginine may possess a protec-tion of the endothelium against damages elicited byox-LDL, and that the effect of L-arginine may be relatedto the facilitation of synthesis and/or release of nitricoxide.
