| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:将32例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照治疗基础上加用奥曲肽治疗。结果:治疗组患者的临床症状、好转时间、血淀粉酶、血白细胞、血糖恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎疗效确切,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the curative effect of octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:32 cases of acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the treatment group was added octreotide on the basis of routine treatment.Results:The improvement time of clinical symptoms and recovery time of serum amylase,white blood cell,blood glucose were all shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of octreotide in acute pancreatitis is definite,it is worth clinical application. |
