| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自体骨髓移植修复骨缺损过程中,离心浓缩后的骨髓基质干细胞在骨缺损瘢痕组织内成骨效应。方法:制备健康新西兰白兔双侧桡骨中段10mm骨缺损实验模型。A组于桡骨骨缺损瘢痕组织内注射入经过梯度离心浓缩处理骨髓抽吸液;B组于桡骨骨缺损瘢痕组织内注射入未经离心浓缩处理的骨髓抽吸液;C组不作骨髓抽吸液注射。分别于术后30天,60天和90天时行X线和组织学观察。结果:A组在新骨形成、骨改建及骨髓成熟度指标均优于B组、C组2组差异有显著性意义(P=0.0000,P0.01)。结论:经皮自体浓缩骨髓注射在缺损区的瘢痕组织内有明显成骨作用,其有效性与移植的骨髓基质干细胞的浓度有关。
