| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿德福韦酯抗病毒治疗对慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选择41例慢性乙型肝炎患者,均给予阿德福韦酯10mg,每日1次,共48周,检测治疗前、治疗12个月患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果经抗病毒治疗后,患者血清HBV DNA滴度明显下降,T淋巴细胞亚群失衡改善,CD4+T淋巴细胞上升,CD4+/CD8+上升,较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)结论慢性乙型肝炎患者经阿德福韦酯抗病毒治疗后抑制HBV的复制,其外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的状态呈逐渐改善趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of adefovir diivoxil on T lymhocyte subsetes in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Forty-one cases of chronic heatitis B were treated with adefovir diivoxil 10 mg/d for 48 weeks. The peripheral blood T lymhocyte subsetes were analyzed before and after 12 month treatment. Results The serum HBV DNA titre was obviously decreased and the peripheral blood CD4＋ T lymhocyte subsetes and the CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio were increased after treatment compared with pre-treatment, with a significant difference （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Adefovir diivoxil can inhibit the HBV replication in chronic hepatitis B, with gradually improvement of peripheral blood T lymhocyte subsetes. |
