精神运动性癫痫患者脑诱发电位初步观察

摘    要:目的研究脑诱发电位在精神运动性癫痫病人的应用。方法应用诱发电位仪对16例精神运动性癫痫的听觉诱发电位(AEP)、视觉诱发电位(VEP)和听觉事件相关电位(听觉P300)作了检测,并与正常对照组进行了比较。结果患者组波形变异大,潜伏期AEP的P2、P3,VEP的N1、P2以及P300靶刺激的P2、N2均延迟,非靶刺激的N1前移。波幅AEP的P2、VEP的P2、P3降低,与正常对照组有显著性差异。结论BEP技术可作为脑电图检查的一种补充手段,以便临床参考诊断此类病征。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application of brain evoked potentials (BEP) in patients with psychomotor epilepsy.Methods The auditory evoked potentials(AEP),visual evoked potentials (VEP) and cognitive potentials P 300 were investigated in 16 patients with psychomotor epilepsy and some normal subjects (52 for AEP and VEP,24 for P 300 ) Result The results revealed more varied vaveforms,delayed latencies (P 2 and P 3 of AEP;N 1 and P 2 of VEP;P 2 & N 2 of P 300 ),and decreased amplitudes (P 2 of AEP;P 2 and P 3 of VEP) in the patient group,as compared with the normal group. Conclusion It was suggested that BEP should be applied in the clinical examination of the patients with psychomotor epilepsy as well as EEG.
