女性精神分裂症患者全程综合干预疗效研究

目的探讨全程综合干预措施对女性精神分裂症患者病程及愈后的影响。方法将200例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各100例,对研究组患者实施全程综合干预措施1年。分别于入组时、6个月后和1年后进行评估并比较,采用护士用住院病人观察量表,阳性和阴性症状量表,生活质量综合评定问卷,简明精神病量表,社会功能缺陷筛选量表作为评定工具。结果患者阴性症状和阳性症状明显缓解,其评分结果分别为:入组时,研究组(29.13±6.62)分,(27.12±7.86)分;对照组(28.48±6.89)分,(26.89±7.33)分,P>0.05。6个月时研究组(15.38±5.46)分,(10.12±5.34)分;对照组(19.01±5.32)分,(15.78±5.65)分,P<0.01。1年时研究组(10.98±5.31)分,(8.19±5.64)分,对照组(13.37±5.12)分,(15.12±5.21)分,P<0.01。入组时所有量表评分两组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),6个月和1年后除简明精神病量表中激活性1项评分两组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),其他各项评分及护士用住院病人观察量表、阳性和阴性症状量表、生活质量综合评定问卷和社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)和差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论全程综合干预措施能够缓解女性精神分裂症患者的精神症状,缩短住院日程,促进社会功能恢复,提高其生活质量。

A study of comprehensive intervention in the whole process in female patients with schizophrenia

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of comprehensive intervention to female patients with schizophrenia in the whole process since they fall ill . Methods120 patients with schizophrenia were divided into trial group and control group,and the trial group was treated with comprehensive intervention in the whole process for about one year.The scores of NOISE,SAPS,SANS,BPRS,SDSS were compared separately at the beginning ,after a half year and a year. ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups at the beginning (P>0.05),but the significant difference after a half year and a year (P<0.01). ConclusionComprehensive intervention in the whole process can alleviate the symptom of female patients with schizophrenia ,shorten the time in hospital ,help to the recovery of social ability and improve quality of life.
