| 摘 要： | 雌激素具有广泛的生物学效应,对改善更年期症状具有较好的临床效应,但乳腺癌和子宫内膜癌发病率的增加限制了其在临床上的长期应用.选择性雌激素受体调节剂是能与雌激素受体结合而发挥类雌激素作用的一类非类固醇类配体,它的组织选择特异性与雌激素受体表达水平、复合物不同构象和共调节因子表达水平相关.目前它在预防和治疗骨质疏松和乳腺癌等妇科疾病方面应用较广.

| Abstract: | Estrogen has wide biological effect.However,its increased risk of breast cancer and endometrial cancarcinoma limits its long-term clinic application.Selective estrogen-receptor modulators(SERMs)are a new group of non-steroidal ligands,which can bind to estrogen receptor and exert estrogen-like actions,and their tissue-specificity is correlated to estrogen-receptor expression level,conformation of estrogen-receptor complex and expression level of co-regulator proteins.At present,SERM s are widely used in treatment and prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis,breast cancer and other gynecological diseases. |
