16层螺旋CT在诊断冠状动脉病变中应用价值

目的探讨16排螺旋CT在冠状动脉病变诊断中的价值。方法和材料对60例临床怀疑冠心病的患者进行心脏冠状动脉CT成像。男32例,女28例,年龄28￣76岁,平均54.8岁。所有患者进行了传统冠状动脉造影术做对照,分析16排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查的灵敏度、特异度。结果16排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查与冠状动脉造影相比,灵敏度为81.35%,特异度为96.43%。结论16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术是一种无创、简便的检查方法,显示有临床意义的冠状动脉狭窄的准确性很高,作为一项非创伤性技术,是评价冠状动脉狭窄病变的重要筛选手段。

The Value of Sixteen-slice Spiral CT Angiography of Coronary Artery in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To evaluate the value in diagnosing coronary disease with 16 spiral CT. Methods and Materials A total of 60 suspected coronary artery disease patients were checked by 16-slice CT,including male 32 cases,female 28 cases,and the average age was 54.8 years old.All of them also were checked by vonventional coronary angiography to analyze the sensitivity and specificity of 16-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging. Results Among the 60 cases,the sensitivity was 81.35% and the specificity was 96.43%. Conclusion 16-slice CT allows the accurate,non-invasive detection of significant coronary stenosis.It provides a good visualization. It is valuable in demonstrating coronary lumen stenosis.It should be used as a reliable exam of coronary heart disease in clinial practice.
