| 摘 要： | 目的探讨合理行动在医疗消费行为研究中的应用。方法运用理论和实证相结合的研究方法，并通过路径分析进行模型拟合。结果路径分析显示模型中行为态度和主观规范对医疗消费行为有直接影响，其路径系数分别是0．138（P〈0．01）和0．110（P〈0．05），情感信念对医疗消费行为的作用没有显著性。结论合理行动理论能够解释医疗消费行为的部分内在机制，但还需要进一步研究和改进。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of theory of reasoned action in medical consumption behavior research. Methods The combination of theoretical with empirical study was the main research method.Path analysis was used to fit the medical consumption behavior meodel.Results Path analysis indicated attitude towards behavior and subjective norm had direct effect to medical consumption behavior,and the path coefficient was 0.138 (P<0.01) and 0.110 (P<0.05). But the emotional belief was not statistically significant.Conclusions Empirical research indicated medical consumption behavior could be explained by theory of reasoned action,but should be further testified and corrected in the future. |
