| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测50例乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织中MMP-9的表达。结果 在乳腺癌中MMP-9的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织（P〈0．001），在有淋巴结转移组MMP-9的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0．01）。结论 MMP-9在乳腺癌组织中有高表达且在乳腺癌细胞突破基底膜向外扩散、转移中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9 and its significance in breast carcinoma and corresponding non-tumor normal tissues.Methods The expression of MMP-9 was observed by S-P immunohistochemical technique in 50 cases with breast carcinomas and corresponding non-tumor normal tissues.Results The expression of MMP-9 in breast cancer was much higher than that in corresponding non-tumor normal tissues(P<0.001).Compared with breast carcinomas without positive metastasis,the expression of MMP-9 was up regulated in those with lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusions MMP-9 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. |
