护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复期患者肺功能的影响

目的 探讨护理干预在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）康复期患者肺功能方面的作用.方法 对80例患者采用综合性护理干预（心理指导、营养指导、呼吸康复指导、氧疗指导、咳嗽和排痰指导）,分析干预前后患者的肺市功能、气短症状、血气分析、呼吸和脉搏等指标的变化.结果 COPD患者护理干预前后对比,肺功能、气短症状、血气分析、呼吸和脉搏等指标差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05） .结论 综合性的护理干预可以改善COPD患者的肺功能,提高生活质量,巩固治疗成果.

Influence of nursing intervention on lung function of patiens with COPD during rehabilitation period

Objective To investigate the role that nursing intervention played in improving the lung function of the patiens with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） during rehabilitation period. Methods 80 patients with COPD were given comprehensive nursing intervention, including psychological, nutrition, respiratory rehabilitation, oxygen therapy, cough, and expectoration guidances. The patient＇s lung function, symptoms of breath shortness, blood gas analysis, breathing, pulse etc. were analyzed before and after the nursing intervention. Results The patient＇s lung function, symptoms of breath shortness, blood gas analysis, breathing, and pulse were better after than before the nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve COPD patients＇ lung function and their quality of life and maintain the treatment results.
