小针刀联合中药熏洗治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效观察

目的 观察小针刀联合中药熏洗治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效.方法 按照随机数字表法将111例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为观察组（56例）和对照组（55例）,对照组患者给予小针刀治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上在给予患者中药熏洗治疗.结果 治疗后1个月,观察组总有效率（92.86％）与对照组总有效率（87.27％）差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗后24个月,观察组总有效率（85.71％）显著高于对照组总有效率（61.82％）（P＜0.05）.结论 小针刀联合中药熏洗治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效确定,且能显著改善患者的预后,值得临床借鉴.

Observation on clinical curative effect of small knife combined herbal fumigation treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of the flexor tendon

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of small knife combined herbal fumigation treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis flexor tendon. Methods In accordance with the law of random numbers table, 111 cases of tenosynovitis of flexor tendon stenosis patients were randomly divided into observation group （56 cases） and control group （55 cases）, Control group patients were treated with small needle-knife, the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine fume wash cure on the basis of conventional method. Results A month after treatment, total effective rate of observation group was 92.86%, higher than that of the control group （87.27%）, the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）; 24 months after treatment, total effective rate of observing group was 85.71%, significantly higher than that of the control group （61.82%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Small needle knife combined with fumigating and washing has good effect in treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor tendon to determine, and can significantly improve the patients＇ prognosis, and should be worthy for clinical experience reference.
